Delaware Minority Chamber of Commerce

The development and growth of small businesses in the state's Black and Latino communities is important as they create much needed jobs, provide important products and services, help to instill an entrepreneurial mindset, recycle dollars and are critically important to the economic development and empowerment of these communities.

Given the need for Blacks and Latino entrepreneurs to come together to proactively address issues such as access to business opportunities in the public, private and nonprofit sectors and influence the creation of public policy that benefits ethnic minority owned entrepreneurs and enterprises, there is a tremendous need for a statewide Chamber of Commerce whose primary goal is to resource these enterprises.
